    • Risk Awareness: You are aware of the potential risk of paying the other party's costs if your claim is unsuccessful. This is the unfortunately risk associated with any and all litigation.

    In some cases, such as complex Medical Law claims, you may be required to contribute to the upfront cost of initial investigative reports. We will assess your case and discuss any likely additional costs with you before you decide to work with us and are happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

      In the event that your case is unsuccessful and no compensation is awarded, you will not be required to pay any legal fees to Veritas Law Firm. In cases that have progressed to Court, if your case is unsuccessful, you may be liable to pay the legal costs of the successful party. Further, you may be responsible for disbursements or costs incurred by Veritas Law Firm during the course of your case. These will be explained to you upfront.

    • Disbursements and Costs:

    • Termination of Agreement:

      • Termination of the agreement will be communicated in writing, and any costs or disbursements incurred up to that point will be discussed and resolved.
